Phi Gamma Delta was founded at Jefferson College on May 1, 1848. Currently, the Fraternity has initiated over 200,000 brothers and has 145 active chapters and provisional chapters in the U.S. and Canada.
We are an organization of college-educated women committed to public service, dedicated to empowering our community and improving the lives of others. We have been a positive force in the Central and Southeast Kentucky community since 1932.

Chartered on February 11, 1967 at The University of Kentucky in Lexington.
Founded at Sam Houston State University in 2013, the Sigma Eta chapter of Phi Gamma Delta continues to exemplify excellence on campus.
