Izzy has been my best friend for as long as I can remember, and I truly can’t imagine life without her. She lights up every room with her joy, confidence, and positivity. She has the biggest heart and is unapologetically herself, which is something I’ve always admired about her. I’ve always been so proud to be her older sister, but sharing college and ADPi together has made our bond even more special. We were lucky enough to be born sisters, but getting to choose the same sisterhood and sorority is something I’ll never take for granted. “Alpha Delta Pi has taught me that home isn’t a place, it’s the people who make it feel like one. This chapter has given me some of my greatest friendships and sweetest memories, but more than anything, it has surrounded me with women who constantly inspire me to become a better version of myself.

Serving on Executive Board has been one of the greatest gifts of my ADPi experience. I have always loved being a leader, but sitting alongside women who lead with such different strengths, perspectives, and hearts has taught me more than I could ever put into words. They have taught me how to listen before I speak, how to lead with both confidence and grace, and how important it is to understand perspectives beyond my own. These women have challenged me, supported me, and loved me through every part of this experience, and somewhere along the way, Exec became so much more than a group I serve with, they became family.

Being Vice President of Marketing has allowed me to experience this chapter in such a special way. I’ve gotten to know and celebrate women I may have never known as deeply otherwise, while getting to pour my creativity into something I genuinely love. There is nothing sweeter than getting to capture the people and moments that make Beta Psi so special and share even a glimpse of that with the world. This role has made me fall even more in love with marketing and shown me just how powerful it can be to tell a story with intention.

I am endlessly grateful for the way this chapter continues to push me, teach me, and love me. ADPi has shaped the leader I am, the friend I am, and the woman I am becoming. I’ve learned that home has never been about the walls around me — it has always been about the people standing beside me.🩵“

Yesterday, we welcomed home 120 new Alphas!!! AC ’26, you are already SO loved and we are so happy you’re finally here! We had the best day celebrating our newest diamonds and cannot wait for all the memories ahead. We are so excited to watch you grow in this sisterhood and see everything these next four years bring!

Over the past two days, we had the sweetest opportunity to open our doors and share a glimpse into the sisterhood that means so much to us. Like the violets that represent our sisterhood, the friendships found here are rooted in loyalty, love, and genuine connection.

From the laughter filling our home to the meaningful conversations shared throughout the day, we loved getting to show you a piece of what makes this sisterhood so special. We hope you felt even a glimpse of the love that makes Alpha Delta Pi feel like home.

A letter to our PNMs, from our Vice President of Recruitment, Molly Allen 💌

“Dear Potential New Members,

As you move forward into the next round, I want to remind you to take a breath and soak in every moment. Trust the process, remain unapologetically yourself, and keep an open heart. Recruitment moves fast, but these conversations and connections are moments you will look back on for years to come.

Reflecting on my own journey as an ADPi here at the University of Kentucky, I am filled with so much gratitude for the girl who took a chance on recruitment as a freshman. Joining this chapter has brought me intentional, lifelong friendships, leadership opportunities that have shaped who I am, and a support system that lifts me up every single day. Looking back, I wish I could give my past self a hug and assure her that all of that nervous energy was leading to something truly life-changing.

From the moment I walked through the doors of Alpha Delta Pi, I felt a genuine sense of warmth and belonging. This sisterhood has surrounded me with women who push me to grow, celebrate my victories, and make this campus feel like home. As I look ahead to my senior year, I know without a doubt that ADPi has played such a meaningful role in helping me become the woman I am today.

As you prepare for the upcoming rounds, keep your head high and stay true to who you are. It is completely normal to feel a mix of excitement and uncertainty as you navigate the unknown, but remember that something incredible could be waiting for you on the other side. I cannot wait to see each of you find the home away from home that empowers, supports, and inspires you.
