“I met lillie before we both went dz. she had decided to cob dz and that made me want to go dz even more. from the moment i met lillie i knew she would be one of my best friends for life. she has always been there for me though thick and thin. she is the light in every room and knows how to make anyone laugh. she has seen me at my worst and my best and still decides to be by my side through all of it. i’m so happy i get to call her my roomie for the rest of college. i don’t know what i would do without lillie she is truly one of the best people i’ve ever met. she brings out the best in me and i cant wait for so many more memories with her past college🫶” - Sami Alcure (PC ‘22)

Why DZ Wednesday 💗💚

“DZ has held such a strong place in my heart during my first semester of college. I have made so many sweet friends that have brought joy into my life far more than I ever could have imagined. In rush I meet someone that I never knew I needed and that’s my amazing DZ family. Emma and Karlie have meant the world to me and have made me laugh, smile, and are the source for so many positive memories. The second I met Emma during sisterhood round I knew DZ was my top choice because of how loved she made me feel. Recruitment was overwhelming but talking to Emma made me feel relaxed and truly at home. Then during preference round I met her little Karlie who I knew I wanted as my big, and I am so happy that she is. After rush I could never have thought that these two girls would mean so much to me, but I am so glad to have them as friends and sisters. DZ has given me my home away from home, and I will always be grateful for everyone I have met.” - Reagan Wertzler (PC ‘23)
