Delta Beta | University of Kentucky | for hope, for strength, for life Delta Gamma was selected as the chapter to be brought to UK's campus.
Delta Beta was started on UK's campus in the fall of 1962 when the existing sororities on campus were unable to accommodate the number of women wishing to pledge. Delta Gamma actives and alumnae from other Delta Gamma chapters came and assisted with recruitment. Delta Beta of Delta Gamma pledged it's first group of outstanding women the following semester. The Delta Beta chapter is devastated after hearing news of the loss of a recent alumnae and sister, Caroline Walsh. Carol passed away at her home in Kingstown, Rhode Island. Carol brought so much light to this chapter, and we are all heartbroken. She truly embodied what it meant to be a Delta Gamma woman and we are so lucky to have known and made memories with her. She will be greatly missed. We ask that you keep her family and friends in your thoughts and prayers at this time. ⚓️💗

“I am pursuing a Business Marketing and Management major with a minor in International Business. I wanted to be president to show the members of our chapter all of the amazing ways that Delta Gamma has changed my life and can change their lives too. This chapter has truly made me confident in who I am and what I bring to the table and I hope I make them feel that way. This year is looking a lot different than normal because of everything going on in the world but there is no other group of girls I would rather tackle the obstacles and challenges with that this year may bring and I just feel so lucky to have such amazing women by my side!
