"Himat, I am very happy to have you as a trainer. You're fantastic in motivating me, commenting when a new best is achieved and reflecting back to my starting levels. The corrective cues are also progressional, and not overwhelming. Setbacks are worked around, and your concerns about my pain levels are genuinely appreciated. Best of all is your sense of humor. You aren't phased by the circus of my household, and even allows the "assistant trainer" time to show off his own deadbugs" ⁣
-Megan, Walter and, of course, Cody!⁣

Thank you Megan! This means a lot to me. ⁣

Megan is one of my clients that I have been working with for a few months now and it is always a pleasure training her. She is one of my most hardworking and consistent clients and has made AMAZING progress over the past few months. Years ago, Megan was in a car accident and sustained several injuries. Megan has since mostly healed but was still feeling weakness and pain throughout her body. Over the past few months, we have been working on improving her strength, endurance, and imbalances. We took out the majority of upper body movements and focused on correctional exercises since she has a limited range of motion in her shoulders and is currently seeing a physiotherapist for it. Her pain levels have dramatically decreased and her overall quality of life has improved. Every workout she is making some sort of progress and best of all never misses a workout! Keep up the hard work Megan!
