Guidelines:
1) Brace core and squeeze your glutes to stabilize and neutralize the spine.
2) Set the scaps (shoulders back and down) - This puts your shoulder in a safer and optimal position.
3) Full Range of Motion - Keep your ego out of it and only do full reps. You're only cheating yourself.
4) Control the eccentric (down portion)
