One of our favorite back exercises! In this video Haidar is demonstrating it perfectly!⁣

Guidelines:⁣

1) Brace core and squeeze your glutes to stabilize and neutralize the spine.⁣

2) Set the scaps (shoulders back and down) - This puts your shoulder in a safer and optimal position.⁣

3) Full Range of Motion - Keep your ego out of it and only do full reps. You're only cheating yourself.⁣

4) Control the eccentric (down portion) ⁣

Regressions⁣

- Banded/Assisted Pulls⁣
- Lat-pull down
