Today, some members did preparation for the Mini Prints exhibition to be held at Kingaroy Art Gallery in June while others got creative in different media.

A table full of creativity and learning. Here are the some of the works of local artists who attended the Cees Sliedrecht workshop. Many thanks to all those who attended and to those who made the event possible, in particular to Cees for visiting Kingaroy, to Darryl Jones for applying for the RADF grant and organizing the event, to Danita Potter for her support and to Diana Bolton for suggesting the idea.

JAA just had the privilege of hosting master artist Cees Sliedrecht who presented a wonderful weekend of inspiration and learning for local artists at his 'Drawing and Colouring Kingaroy' workshop. It is thanks to a RADF grant facilitated by the South Burnett Council that we could bring a workshop of this quality to our region.

Lots of different forms creativity going on at J.A. A. today: preparations for the mini print exhibition to be held at Kingaroy Regional Art Gallery from 1st to 29th June; and attractive book making. We are a varied group with a wide range of interests, so whenever we get together you can see a variety of artistic expression.
