June Is LGBT Pride Month

Research tells us that members of the LGBT community are at greater risk for substance use and mental health issues than the rest of the population. In honor of Pride Month, learn more about treating and supporting those suffering from substance use disorders within the LGBT Community.

SAMHSA also has resources available regarding substance use within the LGBT community, including national survey reports, agency and federal initiatives, and related behavioral health resources.
