Foresters from the Class of 63 right on down the line packed the place, even coming from Florida and other lovely states! Thanks again to our President Kenneth Cloud and FPHSAA Committee Members and Larry Everett, our distinguished host! Kudos to Ella Gipson Howard and the Decorations committee! As usual, Charm City Caterers delighted our palates with delicious cuisine! Can't wait to give those scholarships away to deserving students thirsting to go to college and to succeed on the planet!

Greetings, Family and Friends! I am writing to let you know a "Celebration of Life" memorial sevice has been scheduted for my brother, Donald Gerald (Jerry) Hicks. It is set for Saturday, June 25, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. The location is the HOPE Center (Helping Other People through Empowerment), 2828 Loch Raven Blvd., Balimore, MD 21218. Dress is casual. We know that most of you will be unable to attend due to distance or other committments however, to those of you who are able to attend, please inbox me to let me know. We want to have an idea of how many people we can expect. On behalf of the Hicks, Donald Sherfick, Gerald's spouse, and his Indianapolis family we want to thank you for the many expressions of love we have received since we announced his untimely death back in December, 2015. The Fundraiser was a great success because of your support, and a huge "Thank you," to the officers and members of the FPHSAA who diligently served those delicious pancakes!

The FPHSAA wants you to know that tickets are flying out of the window for the FPHSAA ' S ALL YOU CAN EAT PANCAKES at APPLEBEE'S on December 26th! What a great activity on the day after Christmas for a family get-together at the low donation of $8 for adults and only $5 for tots! Folks, this IS November, already, so call one of the Foresters on the flyer to get some all-you-can-eat pancakes NOW!!

A Huge, Huge "Thank You! to All of you Foresters who danced the night away at the FPHSAA Annual All - Class Reunion in support of the FPHSAA Scholarship Fund! Your patronage made our fall fundraiser THE BIGGEST and THE BEST EVER! So many classes showed up and showed out and it was amazing! Thanks to DJ SLICE, of MAJIC 95.9 who literally filled the night with the greatest jams of all time, accentuated by his fabulous light show! ED, the caterer featured his delectable fixins with great hosting by LARRY EVERETT! And we can't forget All of the exuberant energy of the officers and members of the FPHSAA! Kudos to those Alumni Forester vocalists and Baltimore Community Choir partipants who invested their talents, time and energy to pull off a wondrous feat at the HOLIDAY CONCERT given on December 12, 2014 for Forest Park students and sponsored by the FPHSAA! The student body truly appreciated the music mix of anthems, spirtuals, and holiday music! The finale consisted of 'The Happy Medley," to include "If You're Happy and You Know It, "O Happy Day," and celebrity artist Pharrell's "Happy" song! Hats off to accomplised musician and director, Mr. William Sydnor, who took the time to interact with the students, making them a part of the concert! Upon seeing the student body enthusiasm, the principal requested alumni assistance in the re-establishment of a music program.
