Please plan ahead as the Run for the Cure will be on at the same time; parking will be difficult. Try the residential side streets. Looking forward to seeing you in class 💪🏻

Also, I am not associated with the Zumba fundraising class happening at the Senior Centre.

Next Sunday, September 27th, I am running this year for this very important event at Lime Ridge, the 14th Running for Rachael 5K Run/Walk.

Running for Rachael plays a vital role in supporting the city-wide work of su***de prevention by bringing the community together to promote hope (prevention), help (intervention) and healing (postvention) through crisis support information, training, education and support groups.

If you wish to donate or join my Zumba group, code for free registration is Limeridge.

I will also be doing the warm up before we start ❣️
