At Missing Links, learning is not one-size-fits-all 🧩
Our approach brings education and evidence-based ABA together to support skills that are meaningful in everyday life. Programming is shaped around each learner’s strengths, needs and goals, with a focus on communication, independence, participation and confidence.
The goal is not simply learning a skill in one setting. It is helping that skill become useful across home, school and the community.

Why “the missing link”? 👀
Traditional education and clinical autism services are often treated as separate worlds. Missing Links was created to help bridge that gap.
Our Progressive ABA model brings educators, ABA professionals and behavioural specialists together to support academic, communication, social, personal and practical development.

New routines take time, especially when the return to school brings changes in sleep, transportation, expectations and daily activities.
Begin with one or two manageable steps. Use visuals where helpful, provide advance notice before transitions and leave room for adjustment.
The goal is not a perfect routine, it is greater predictability, comfort and confidence.

Some of the most meaningful learning doesn’t happen sitting at a desk.
It happens when learners are engaged, connected, curious and actively participating in the experience around them.
At Missing Links, our Progressive ABA approach focuses on creating learning opportunities that are meaningful to the individual. We build skills through play, movement, interaction, problem solving and real-life experiences, while intentionally targeting communication, social development, independence, flexibility and confidence.
Because learning should be more than completing a task.
It should make sense, feel meaningful and carry over into ever
