Today is also a day for us to raise public awareness about what early childhood educators and child care workers do and the impact you have on communities across Ontario 📣
In a world that doesn’t value early childhood education and care the way it should, early years professionals are constantly being asked to do more with less. While we commend and appreciate your hardwork and resilience, we stay committed to fighting for the recognition, respect and remuneration our profession deserves. We know ECEs and Child Care Workers are !
