Aviation careers go far beyond the flight deck.

From aircraft maintenance and aviation technology to airport operations, engineering, passenger services and safety, it takes a team of skilled professionals to keep the industry moving.

This National Aviation Day, we spoke with some volunteers to hear more about their lives working in aviation.

“What do you want to be when you grow up?” can feel like a lot of pressure, especially when you’re still discovering your interests, strengths and possibilities.

This International Youth Day, we’re sharing five reminders inspired by Ontario Career Lab’s “The Career Advice No One Gave You in High School”:
