Here are some tips when it comes to GRATITUDE:

1. Grab a pen and paper and write it out
2. Take some time and really think about it
3. Put some emotion behind it and really feel it
4. Do this every morning, you will have a great start to the day

💫 Bonus Tip:

You can also be grateful for a future event that hasn't happen yet. Use your imagination to see it in its present tense and be grateful for it.

For example: I am so happy and grateful now that I earn $100,000 every year and spend Christmas with family at Disney. (even though you only earn $50,000 a year and never go to Disney).

See that income flowing in, see yourself at Disney with your family enjoying time together and be grateful for it. Your mind doesn't know the difference between IMAGINATION and REALITY and the more you practice this the sooner that IMAGINATION will become your REALITY!
