🌸Giving Your Full Attention🌸 means your less likely to feel overwhelmed when your fixated on one task & you will get way more done. It’s okay for other things and people to wait for your best time to shine.

🌸Planning & Prioritizing🌸 can eliminate a lot of the overwhelming feeling when we know what to expect.

🌸Ask For Help🌸 whenever you need it. There is no ‘better’ time to ask for help. If your feeling stuck, reach out in local groups or look online for municipal resources. There are plenty right under your nose, just waiting for you to ask for help.

✅Everyone deserves a space that feels safe, and if we teach it to our kids, why don’t we practice it ourselves?✅

💜Ain’t no shame in going to your room for a half hour to de-stimulate, but here are some other interesting ideas online that parents are doing to gain back their free time this summer! 💜

💜We don’t shame them for desiring more time with their parents! But boundaries have to be put in place to respect everyone in the picture.💜

⚠️Having trouble keeping the kids willing to do the ERRANDS & CHORES this summer? ⚠️
