📌💜A gentle reminder for a multi-tasking mother…📌💜

⏬It is the middle of the week, I feel it most then as a mother myself. Your almost to the weekend, when family can pitch in and help. But mother’s shouldn’t have to wait for the weekend.⏬

🌸Giving Your Full Attention🌸 means your less likely to feel overwhelmed when your fixated on one task & you will get way more done. It’s okay for other things and people to wait for your best time to shine.

🌸Planning & Prioritizing🌸 can eliminate a lot of the overwhelming feeling when we know what to expect.

🌸Ask For Help🌸 whenever you need it. There is no ‘better’ time to ask for help. If your feeling stuck, reach out in local groups or look online for municipal resources. There are plenty right under your nose, just waiting for you to ask for help.

💜We don’t shame them for desiring more time with their parents! But boundaries have to be put in place to respect everyone in the picture.💜

‼️That included YOU (parent)‼️

💜Remember to fill your cup first, so you can continue being the best parent you can be!💜

⚠️Having trouble keeping the kids willing to do the ERRANDS & CHORES this summer? ⚠️

👍It is summer break for them, so it is easy to skip a routine each day. Without a routine, everyday tasks can and will become more stressful as they are less predictable. Keeping a regular schedule is EXTREMELY important, especially for young children. They are still developing emotional-regulation skills, and reducing stress at that age is valuable for them. ℹ️

👆With that being said, here are some simple steps to keep up with a regular schedule during summer.👆

📌If you haven’t already, check out our story to see WHY schedule is so important for kids & adults alike.📌

✨Embrace a good start to every day with some of these activities that will help your child funnel their positive vibes to the surface. ✨

✔️Every child has a positive side.
✔️Some of that positivity gets drowned by poor media, poor relationships, and overall poor circumstances.

🧐Trying these activities will help ALL children be the best ‘me’ they can be.

☀️Give it a try, and tell us about it in the comments! ☀️

✔️Boundaries are going to be tested and everyone (parent+child) can benefit from knowing how to set your boundary and hold your ground.

☀️Everyone is entitled to their own boundaries.
☀️Everyone is allowed to change their boundaries as they feel fit.
☀️Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but that doesn’t affect clear boundaries.

⚠️When was the last time you demonstrated boundaries with your child?⚠️
