Our 12 Gifts of Xmas Raffle is coming back, and we’re looking for our wonderful community to help us make it bigger and better than ever! 🎅✨

Last year, our amazing community helped us gather thousands of dollars-worth of fantastic prizes, making our Christmas raffle a huge success while raising much-needed funds for our school. ❤️

Tonight our P&C and Water Dragons Cafe ladies attended the Wynnum Manly Leagues Club Community Grant Presentation Night as a 2026 Recipient, following a successful grant application!

👥 The selection process was highly competitive this year with over 30 organisations applying for a grant.

⭐️Our P&C have secured a $5k Grant to put towards finally getting ❄️Air-conditioning installed in the Water Dragons Cafe kitchen which can be an absolute sauna in warmer months with the commercial cooking equipment! Once installed this will help maintain a safer and more comfortable working environment for our staff and volunteers so they can continue to do what they love and serve our school community ♥️

🎡 THAT’S A WRAP ON OUR 2026 EKKA MEAL DEAL! 🎡 What a day! ❤️Our 2026 Ekka Meal Deal is done and dusted, and we couldn’t be more proud of our amazing Water Dragons Café team and P&C volunteers who worked hard behind the scenes to make it happen.

From preparing and packing meals to putting together hundreds of complimentary mini show bags, there was plenty of work, plenty of laughs and lots of Ekka excitement! 🎪✨

We know that with the rising cost of living, not every family gets the opportunity to head to the Ekka - so we love being able to bring a little piece of that Ekka magic to school for every child. ❤️

Congratulations to all of our prize winners, who were announced on parade today – we hope you have lots of fun spending your cash prizes! 💵🎉

It was fantastic to see so many creative entries from our students. Every colouring sheet was unique, and it was wonderful to see the imagination, effort and colour our students brought to the competition.
