Doug Lemov’s professional learning goes far beyond theory.

Educators don’t just hear about effective teaching. They analyse real classroom practice, explore the research behind it, practise high-impact instructional techniques and leave with practical strategies they can apply immediately in their classroom.

Here’s what past participants have said:

“I have been an educator for 26 years, 16 of those as a principal... TLAC trainings have been the most useful ones I have attended.” — G Smith, Principal

“My students have grown in ways I never expected.” — J Johnson, Educator

This November, Australian educators have the opportunity to learn directly from Doug Lemov during his Australian workshop tour.

- Perth: 10–11 November http://dsf.net.au/DougLemovPerth
- Brisbane: 13 November http://dsf.net.au/DougLemovBrisbane
- Melbourne: 16–17 November http://dsf.net.au/DougLemovMelbourne

With only one workshop scheduled in each city, places are limited.

The best PL doesn’t end when the workshop does.

We’re loving seeing so many group bookings from Australian schools coming through for Doug Lemov’s workshops this November!

Professional learning can be even more valuable when you experience it alongside your colleagues — learning together, sharing ideas and returning to school with a shared understanding of how to put those ideas into practice.

Doug’s workshops are highly practical and interactive, making them a great opportunity to bring your teaching team, leadership group or colleagues along and build a common approach you can continue developing back at school.

If Doug Lemov is on your school’s 2026 professional learning ‘wish list’, why not make it a team day?
