Grateful for the opportunity to bring CEA and Indigenous Youth Mobility Pathways Project together for training in Restorative Practices with the amazing team at Restorative Journeys

We first learnt about Restorative Practices back in 2014, and it's stuck with us ever since, shaping how we support our teams and the communities we work with.

Thank you to Kerry and Andrew for putting together such a valuable training day. The refresher on restorative practices was exactly what we needed. It was great to revisit the principles that have served us so well and pick up a few new tools along the way.

Always nice to see everyone from CEA and IYMP in the room together, learning and connecting. We'll keep carrying these practices into our everyday work and how we show up for our communities.

πŸ”‹ A huge thank you to Brisbane Batteries for their generous donation of Amaron batteries to support our Formula High School Engineering program!

As a major sponsor of the program, Brisbane Batteries is helping power student-built Formula race cars across 25 schools, with 35 engineering classes currently delivering Formula High School training. Amaron batteries are being installed in 35 student-built race cars, giving students hands-on experience with high-quality, industry-standard components.

It was a fantastic opportunity to visit their Amaron retail outlet and see firsthand how they supply and support one of the world's leading battery brands.

Their generosity plays a significant role in giving students access to industry-leading equipment and authentic, hands-on learning opportunities.

We're incredibly grateful for the ongoing partnership and support from the Brisbane Batteries and Amaron team.

If you're looking for quality batteries backed by expert advice and outstanding service, we highly recommend getting in touch with Brisbane Batteries at 07 3844 8887 or visiting www.brisbanebatteries.au.

Thanks again for supporting the next generation of engineering talent! πŸ™Œ

Our automotive trainers spent time yesterday with Jesse and the team at Bretts Mechanical & Airconditioning in Brisbane's Bayside.

Staying current with real workshop practice is a big part of what makes our training relevant β€” our trainers regularly get out into industry to see firsthand how things are done, what's changing, and what employers actually need from new mechanics coming through.

Thanks to Jesse and the whole crew at Brett's Mechanical for having us in and sharing your insights into where the trade is heading.
