First Door facilitates Nationally recognised training in BSB51915 Diploma of Leadership and Management. We’ve specifically designed this course as a career qualification to guide Early Childhood Directors and Managers to be their best. You'll receive 12 months of leadership inspiration and networking in our monthly workshops, along with personal mentoring to exceed in your leadership role and in the National Quality Standard, Quality Areas 4 & 7.

The course investment is $230 per month payable over 12 months, and a non-refundable enrolment fee of $175.

What is the course duration and assessment work like?
The course is facilitated over 12 months with a five-hour workshop each month in North Brisbane. Your assessment has practical workplace projects to put your learning into action - in ways that benefit you, your team and your Early Childhood service.
