Drawing Club week 8 🐧🐼🐳

School Concert band will be performing at today's Assembly
Monday 15 June 2026 to commence at 2.00pm.

Today our students and staff successfully completed a lockdown practice.

We are incredibly proud of the calm, respectful and responsible way everyone responded throughout the drill. These practices are an important part of ensuring our school community is prepared and knows how to respond safely in emergency situations.

A huge thank you to our staff and students for working together so positively and respectfully.

We are celebrating National Chappy Week next week with a whole lot of fun!

Next Thursday we will host a Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser! This is going to be sponsored by the amazing Baaia Café in Sandgate!

Order your pancakes now on QKR, and come along early for some DELICIOUS pancakes!!

Then on Friday we have a “Dress Happy Like Chappy” free dress day! Come to school in your favourite clothes that make you feel HAPPY!

Bring a Gold coin donation if you want to dress up.

Inspired by some of our students, they have been working alongside Chappy Marlee to get the event up and running.

Congratulations to Nashville’s Jump Rope team, who proudly represented our school at the State Jump Rope Championships today. We celebrate their commitment, determination and teamwork, and thank Mrs Southby for her dedication in leading this amazing opportunity, along with our supportive parents whose encouragement and commitment helped make this wonderful achievement possible.

A special shout-out to all of our medal winners, with particular recognition to Mae, who set a new state record for her age group with an incredible 181 continuous double unders!
