"Chenae is real and grounded. She listens well and offers specific, helpful knowledge, especially around social media marketing. She models boundaries and transparency beautifully. She is relaxed and approachable (likely because of those boundaries!)." - Rachael Skyring

Have you ever experienced something that lasted a few months that included virtual AND in-person meetings?

06/10/2026

Can you help?

I’m creating some audio lead magnets for seasoned business owners who are reclaiming their full selves in business after experiencing a setback, and I’m doing some research.

How many of the following “setbacks” would you say you have experienced?

1. Burnout

2. Separation (personal)

3. Caring for someone ill

4. Business partnership breakup (owners going separate ways)

5. A disappearing platform (eg Instagram or FB account h@cked/disabled overnight)

6. AI rug-pull - core services now competing with AI

7. A launch that flopped

8. Heavyweight client stops - large portion of revenue came from one retainer/contract and it ended

9. Perimenopause

10. Relocation - tree change, sea change, interstate move

How happy are you with the way you manage your leads/potential customers?

Time management

Take some time to map out all the things that you do regularly in your biz. Daily, weekly, monthly, etc.

Estimate the time and add up the frequency. Then add all of your goals, projects, and ideas. Then take a look at how many hours you work each week. And how many hours you WANT to work each week.

Do you have enough hours in a ‘regular’ week for all the regular things?

If not, adjust accordingly.

This week my FB group ‘Extraordinary Entrepreneurs with Chenae Carey’ celebrated 11yrs.

ELEVEN YEARS.

We’ve had engagement, connection, genuine conversation, encouragement, support, brags, promos, sales and celebrations for ELEVEN FU***NG YEARS.

If there were such a thing as ‘Facebook group years’ (kinda like dog years) I reckon it’s the equivalent of something like 46+ years. Maybe more. And this week, I changed the group name.

Why the new FB group name?

It had been the same for over a decade, it was time for a change.

BOLD LEAPS with Chenae Carey is the new name.

It reflects who I am.
It reflects who I serve.
It reflects what we want.
Bold leaps in audacity.
Bold leaps in recurring revenue.
Bold leaps in big projects.
Bold leaps in lifestyle upgrades.
Bold leaps in courage.
Bold leaps in quality.
Bold leaps in intuition.
Bold leaps in creativity.
Bold leaps in abundance.
Bold leaps in customer satisfaction.
Bold leaps in work/life balance.
Bold leaps in systems and automations.
Bold leaps in excellence.
Bold leaps in efficiency.
Bold leaps in confidence.

It reflects what I’m doing behind the scenes with a HUGE personal and professional uplevel.

Who we are (extraordinary) is not up for negotiation. So the name is about where we are going, what we are doing and the path ahead. 🛣️

It also reflects the language we use as business owners - the word entrepreneur doesn’t mean the same thing now, as it did in 2019.

So please join me in thanking ‘Extraordinary Entrepreneurs’ for serving us beautifully for 11yrs.

And say hello to BOLD LEAPS with Chenae Carey.
