I’ve been thinking… about you!! And you’ve been stuck on my mind.
No, no, it’s not like that.
I’ve had so many referrals lately, and have A L O T of sleep plans going on behind the scenes. Most of these have been referred by a friend. So I wanted to show my appreciation!
I’ve edited my Sleep Intake form to include a referral reward section.
What does all of this mean?!
Refer a friend and you’ll be rewarded within 7 days after their successful purchase of any of my sleep plans. This includes my Newborn Sleep Bundle, both Premium and Ultimate Sleep Plans and also my one hour phone consult.
What is the reward?!
An online gift voucher (Coles, Woolworths or Visa) ranging from $20-$50.
This will be a trial period only and this exclusive offer will expire 01/04/2026.
Get referring!! 💛
I held my first sleep workshop at Northlakes on Wednesday. 😴
It was such a relaxed atmosphere with 14-15 mums and their little ones all there for the same reason - SLEEP TIPS!
As usual, we ran over time because any one who actually knows me these days knows I can talk forever about sleep.
In a comfortable and non-judgemental environment, all the mums shared what brought them to the session. (I did have to remind myself about personal space and not everyone wants to be hugged by a stranger - but there were multiple times I just wanted to hug a mum and let her know either how amazing they’re doing, how normal it is or there are ways around this!! - Even when it most certainly does not feel like it.)
Anyway, I thought I’d pop this vid up and share some key points.
If you’d like to chat further, send me a DM 💛

Look, life happens.
We’re already trying to keep tiny humans fed, rested, safe and somewhat clean. Some days just keeping everyone alive feels like the achievement.
So yes… it is very easy to forget the spare clothes in the nappy bag from four months ago. Or the bath toys quietly growing science experiments inside them.
You are not behind. You are busy.
So I’ve made it easy for you.
Nothing dramatic. Nothing overwhelming. Just small checks that protect big things.
Set a reminder once every few months. Do it with a coffee in hand. Five to ten minutes and done.
You’re doing better than you think 🤍
Which reminder did you find the most useful? Or, if you have one I’ve missed I’d love to hear it - comment below!

Did you know you have a superpower to help your baby sleep? 🦸♀️
🗣️ It’s your voice.
It doesn’t have to be perfect. (Mine certainly isn’t - ask Mr Haggath)
It doesn’t have to be fancy.
It can be Twinkle Twinkle.
It can be Elvis Presley, or - it doesn’t matter!
It can be that random jingle that’s been stuck in your head for weeks.
Research from the University of Montreal shows that when parents sing to their babies, infant cortisol levels decrease. Cortisol is the body’s main stress hormone.
Studies from Royal College of Music and Imperial College London also found that live parent singing improves infant emotional regulation and reduces stress levels.
Why?
Because your voice is familiar.
Predictable.
Safe.
The rhythm helps regulate their nervous system.
The repetition signals calm.
The connection supports co regulation.
It’s not about the song.
It’s about who is singing it.
🎶 Tonight, when you’re settling your baby in their cot, try softly singing the same song each night. Slow. Gentle. Repetitive.
You’re not “just” singing.
You’re lowering stress and helping their body shift toward sleep.
That’s your superpower 🤍

You *can* Google baby sleep.
Of course you can.
But Google doesn’t text you back at 2am.
It doesn’t look at your baby, your day, your routine, your temperament and give you personalised answers.
It doesn’t hold your hand and gently say, “Here’s what’s actually going on, and here’s what to do next.”
Google gives information.
I give guidance, clarity, and a step by step plan that’s personalised to your baby and your family.
You don’t need another rabbit hole.
You don’t need 47 conflicting answers.
You don’t need to figure this out alone.
That’s what I’m here for 🤍
I’ll put all the information together in an easy to follow step by step plan - no guess work!
(And, no crying it out!!)
Book a free 15 minute consult and let’s talk through what’s really happening with your little one.

Short naps driving you mad? 😩
Before stressing, zoom out. One short nap doesn’t define your baby’s sleep. Look at the overall 24-hour sleep — are they generally settled, coping well, growing normally? If yes, you’re already doing great.
Catnaps are normal while babies learn to link sleep cycles. Tips like adjusting sleep pressure, protecting the first nap, giving a pause when they wake, and keeping a consistent sleep space can help naps stretch longer over time.
You don’t need perfect naps. You need enough sleep across the day and night.
Not sure what that looks like for your little one? Comment your baby’s age and I’ll tell you how much sleep they should be getting or send me a message - let’s chat 🤍
