Wing Chun Queensland was established in 2014. Wing Chun Kung Fu is based on speed, reflex and co-ordination.
Wing Chun Kung Fu is suitable for men, women and children. Wing Chun is a southern Chinese, Buddhist based fighting system characterised by straight punching and low line kicks, the stances are shallow and the body is held erect. Chau with her thinking outside the square dummy while she waits for her traditional dummy to be delivered. She thought she’d race off to Bunnings get three coffee table legs a bit of timber some straps and some other bits and pieces and used the pillar to her veranda at her apartment. Pretty clever.
