Outside of the centre, Ms. Vivian enjoys cooking delicious meals and spending time gardening 🌱🍳

We are proud to introduce Ms Mea, our Lead Educator in the Elephants Room and Educational Leader at Tiny Tiger Early Learning Centre.

With 8 years of experience in Japan and 10 years in Australia, Ms Mea brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to our team. She is incredibly creative and talented in art and crafting, and loves inspiring children through hands-on, imaginative learning experiences.

We are so lucky to have her guiding and supporting our educators and children every day. ✨

🐯 At Tiny Tiger Early Learning Centre, we are incredibly grateful for the leadership of our wonderful Centre Director, Ms Shay.

With over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, Ms Shay brings deep knowledge, compassion, and dedication to our centre every day. She is a truly supportive and caring leader who always goes above and beyond to ensure every child and team member feel safe, valued, and supported to reach their full potential.

Ms Shay is especially passionate about supporting children with additional needs and believes every child deserves the very best start in life. We are so lucky to have her guiding our team and caring for our Tiny Tiger families. ✨

🐯🌟 Meet Our Early Childhood Teacher – Mr Jonathon 🌟🐯

At Tiny Tiger, we are proud to introduce Mr Jonathon, who brings a thoughtful and empowering philosophy to our Kindy room.

Mr Jonathon sees children as capable and competent individuals, “adults with a little less experience.” He believes children are intelligent, creative, inquisitive and able to solve complex problems, just like adults. With the right guidance and encouragement, they can achieve excellent outcomes.

His role is to provide that steady support, helping children grow in confidence and independence, so they become self-sufficient learners who can support themselves long after they leave his classroom.

We are so grateful to have passionate teachers like Mr Jonathon guiding our children’s learning journey every day. ✨
