WEEK 3 SCREENING

This week marks our entry into the anime specially chosen for you by our executive and staff members.

Enter an East-Asian inspired fantasy kingdom with Yona of the Dawn, a certified classic, and follow a couple of hitmen as they questionably adopt and raise a child in Buddy Daddies, a show I watched while it was simulcast that flew under the radar for a number of reasons.

Get keen for our first screening of the semester tomorrow 🎉 . Remember this screening operates as a free trial meaning you do not have to be a member to come along and enjoy. If you would like to join up at any time during the event just visit one of our execs down the front and we will help you sign up ($5 for the semester cash or card). Our executive and staff team will be introduced at the start of the screening so you will see who we are.

Cowboy Bebop and Yu-Gi-Oh! are our anime this week, some old absolute classics and please, if you have them, bring your Yu-Gi-Oh cards! I’m sure someone will be down to play a round with you

It’s finally here! Our screening list for the entirety of semester 2

A few special mentions are our collaborative screening of Cells at Work! with QUT MedLab and our Week 13 Members Choice Screening, which for our new members, we release a form a few weeks prior to the screening for all members to put forward their suggestions and then hold a vote to decide what anime we watch that week.

SMASH Trip 2026!!!!!!

Spending a week in Sydney including two days at SMASH and having fun around Sydney. Thank you to all who came and had an enjoyable trip.

Can’t wait for next year.
