Want to help out at Oktoberfest without the heavy time commitment?🥨🍻

With Oktoberfest just around the corner, we are excited to trial a brand new, stress-free way to help out: **Micro-Volunteering**!

We know how busy life is, so this initiative is all about small, bite-sized tasks with zero ongoing P&C commitments. It’s an easy way to contribute on your own terms and support our school community.

📲 Check out the attached poster for all the details on how it works, and join our trial WhatsApp group here: https://chat.whatsapp.com/LayxT4vdAzJ58wA1wjhibE

You can also jump straight into our volunteer sign up sheet for volunteering and donations pre-event ( volunteersignup.org/RYQLR) and assisting with the successful running of the event on the night ( volunteersignup.org/LYLHX).

Grandparents, extended family, and friends without a Blue Card are warmly invited to help with pre-event setup, donations, or behind-the-scenes adult roles (like BBQ prep and pack-down). On the night, all other event roles involving direct contact with students must be filled by current parents/carers or valid Blue Card holders.

We welcome all questions and feedback as we build and improve this new way of volunteering. Contact details are on the poster.

Thank you for supporting Brookfield State School!

🥨 Soft, salty, and absolutely giant. Our Oktoberfest pretzels are worth the trip alone!

Every pretzel bought and ticket sold goes directly to our P&C to support new resources for our students.

Fun for you = great things for our school! Thank you for the support.
