The start of the year is upon us and all rooms are wanting to collect valuable information from Families that help children build a strong sense of identity and belonging in our classrooms. As part of this, we are creating a special Family display to celebrate the important people in each child’s life.

All rooms would love for Family photos to be brought in as soon as possible.. You may email a digital copy to [email protected] or send a printed photo with your child. If you send a printed photo and would like it returned, please let us know.

Thursday 5th March - Holi/Holika Dahan Festival of colours – Boondall mini colour fun run from 3pm – dress in old light clothes and if possible a white t-shirt

Harmony Week begins 16th March

In celebration of Harmony Week and Harmony Day on Saturday 21st March, Boondall Early Childhood Centre invites all children to take part in a special celebration!

When: Wednesday 18th March

Children are encouraged to:

Dress in their cultural attire or wear orange

Bring a plate of food to share with their class

This is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate diversity, inclusion, and the many cultures within our community.

⚠️ Important Reminder:

We are a nut and egg free centre, so please ensure any food brought in does not contain nuts or eggs.

🌟 Free Kindy – 15 Hours Per Week 🌟

Did you know we offer Free Kindy for eligible families?

Our kindy program provides 15 hours per week during school terms, giving children a strong foundation for learning through play, social connection, and school readiness in a caring and supportive environment.

If your child is turning 4 by 30 June, they may be eligible for Free Kindy.

A big thank you to Sandy from our local Virginia Bunnings for visiting our centre and spending time planting with our Kindy and Pre-Prep children. The children had such a wonderful time getting their hands dirty, learning about plants, and caring for our garden. We truly appreciate your time, enthusiasm, and generosity in supporting our little gardeners and helping bring their love for nature.
