Who doesn't love messy play. The toddlers enjoyed a morning of foamy fun outside while the weather was warm and the breeze was cool. This is such a great sensory experience as the Toddlers touch and run their fingers through. There was lots of fun and laughter throughout the process.

🌈💛 Exploring Colours & Emotions in Toddlers! 💙💚❤️💛
Our Toddlers have been exploring the wonderful connection between colours and emotions through this fun and engaging hands-on experience! 🎨✨
The children were invited to match colourful pasta to our different emotion faces, encouraging them to explore and recognise colours, feelings and facial expressions. 😊😡😢💚
This simple experience created so many opportunities for learning as the children: 🌈 Identified and matched colours
😊 Explored different emotions and feelings
🧠 Developed concentration and problem-solving skills
🤲 Strengthened their fine motor skills through picking, sorting and transferring
💬 Began developing the language to express and talk about their big feelings
👫 Practised sharing, turn-taking and learning alongside their friends
Most importantly, experiences like this help our little learners understand that all feelings are okay and give them the confidence and vocabulary to begin expressing how they feel. 💕🌱
What a fantastic way for our Toddlers to learn through play, explore emotions and have lots of fun along the way! 🌈🥰

🦷✨ A Visit from the Tooth Fairy Dentist! 🧚‍♀️🪥

Today our little learners had a very special visit from the Tooth Fairy Dentist! 🦷✨

This was an amazing opportunity for the children to learn all about looking after their teeth and keeping their smiles healthy. The children explored the importance of brushing their teeth, making healthy choices and learning why visiting the dentist for regular check-ups is so important. 🪥😁

Our little learners were encouraged to ask questions, share what they already know and build positive experiences around visiting the dentist. 💕 It was wonderful to see their curiosity and excitement as they discovered more about caring for their beautiful smiles!

A big thank you to our Tooth Fairy Dentist for helping make dental health education fun, engaging and memorable! 🧚‍♀️🦷✨

🪵🛞 Planks & Tyres – Simple Resources, Endless Learning! 🛞🪵
Who would have thought that a few planks and tyres could create so much fun, curiosity and learning for our toddlers! 💕✨
Our toddlers have been busy exploring these simple, open-ended resources, using their imaginations to create their own little worlds. From climbing, balancing and crawling to pushing, pulling and problem-solving, every moment has been filled with discovery! 🌱
As the children navigate over and around the planks and tyres, they are developing their gross motor skills, balance, coordination, spatial awareness and confidence. They are also learning to assess risks, make decisions and work out how their bodies can move in different ways. 💪🧠
Most importantly, this experience encourages child-led play and imagination. The children can decide how they want to use the resources, allowing them to become builders, explorers, adventurers and so much more! 🚧👷‍♀️🌟
It’s a wonderful reminder that sometimes the simplest resources create the richest learning experiences! ❤️

🚧🏗️ All About Construction! 🏗️🚧
Our Pre-Kindy children have been having so much fun exploring the amazing world of construction! 👷‍♀️👷‍♂️
Using shaving foam and blocks, the children got creative and began building their very own construction sites and buildings. They explored how builders use different materials, including concrete, to create strong and sturdy structures. 🧱🏢
This hands-on experience encouraged the children to develop their fine motor skills, creativity, problem-solving abilities and teamwork, all while engaging in lots of imaginative play! 🤍
What an exciting day of building, creating and learning! 🚧✨
