Behind every donation was a conversation, a volunteer, a family, a staff member, an Old Collegian and a community that chose to come together for something bigger than themselves.

Thank you for making Giving Day 2026 such a memorable and meaningful success. These photos are a celebration of the people who made it possible.

Because of you, we're building more than an Aquatic Precinct – we're building opportunities for generations of St John's students to come.

Thank you, St John's.

Fueled by teamwork and a healthy dose of competitive spirit, two St John's teams took on the Brisbane River Dragon Boat Festival in spectacular fashion. Racing side by side with schools from across the region, our students paddled hard, dug deep, and proved that the strongest crews aren't just built on power, but on trust, determination, and unwavering support for one another. What a fantastic display of courage, camaraderie, and St John's pride.

Years 9-12 Art students went on a fabulous excursion to The Gallery of Modern Art & Queensland Art Gallery (QAGOMA) at Southbank, where they viewed the current Exhibitions, including the Olafur Eliasson Presence Exhibition and the Creative Generations Exhibition.

This experience was an exciting opportunity for students to encounter artworks firsthand, develop visual literacy, and gain inspiration and understanding of artistic practices, ideas and contexts.

Our Junior Athletics Carnival was a wonderful celebration of participation, perseverance and house spirit. We loved seeing our students cheer each other on, challenge themselves and have fun every step of the way.
