What a wonderful week at our Everton Park centre! We celebrated World Ocean Day 🐳 and First Responders Day 🚒 with exciting learning opportunities, hands-on play, sensory experiences, and creative arts and crafts activities.

The children loved exploring, creating, and learning about caring for our oceans and the everyday heroes who help keep our communities safe 💛

In our fifth instalment of our “meet the team” series, we are excited to say hello to our Senior Kindy educators, Kylie & Jorgi 👋

Our Kindy room is a space to grow, explore, and build confidence before Prep begins and we are so lucky to have Kylie & Jorgi leading the room.

Want to create your own sensory tray experiences at home? The truth is, you don’t need to purchase lots of new items!

Hold onto old recyclables, utilise household items like containers and measuring cups, add toys to dirt, water or rice, collect leaves and sticks from the garden, or repurpose kitchen utensils for scooping and pouring. 🌿

The focus is on exploration, creativity, and having fun!

We are raising funds for a beautiful family within our centre community who are currently navigating a breast cancer diagnosis 🤍

By purchasing a ticket, you’ll not only be supporting our Little Navigators community, but you’ll also go into the draw to win a signed 2023 Game 3 Queensland State of Origin jersey.

A fun and exciting month planned at our Everton Park centre as we celebrate World Environment Day, World Ocean Day, First Responders Day, and Insect Week this June! 🌿 🌊 🚑 🐜

We will also be hosting Parent/Teacher Conversations at the end of the month for all rooms, except our Senior Kindy room – stay tuned for further details!

And just like that, winter has arrived! We can’t believe we’re already half way through the year!
