Our Kindergarten children have been exploring the world of shopping through their very own Kindy Mart! 🌟

The children have loved taking turns being the shopkeeper and customer, choosing items to purchase and exploring the exchange of money for goods. 💰

Through this meaningful, play-based experience, the children are developing an understanding that money has value, while also practising recognising numbers and using mathematical concepts for a real-world purpose.

From counting and exchanging money to communicating, negotiating and taking turns, our Kindy Mart has been a wonderful opportunity to turn everyday experiences into meaningful learning! ❤️

My child doesn’t attend on Tuesdays?
No problem at all! You’re welcome to bring them in just for their photo and then head home.
Please chat with Mareeta to book a time that suits — we don’t want anyone missing out!

Can I bring siblings who don’t attend?
Absolutely! We’d love to include them in a sibling photo.
Just let us know so we can plan our day and make everything run smoothly.

Last week, our children and educators swapped their everyday clothes for their favourite jeans as we joined in Jeans for Genes Day!

It was wonderful to see everyone getting involved and showing their support for such an important cause. Our little learners had plenty of fun showing off their denim while enjoying a day filled with play, learning, laughter and connection. 🥰

This Thursday 6th and Friday 7th of August, we’re proudly supporting Jeans for Genes Day — helping raise awareness for children living with birth defects and genetic diseases.

We’d love to see everyone come dressed in their favourite jeans to show support. Every pair of jeans worn helps spark conversations, build understanding, and celebrate the strength of these incredible children. 💙

📚✨ Book Club in Session! ✨📚

This afternoon, our toddlers discovered what might just be the perfect way to enjoy a good book… lying down! 💛

As they relaxed together, the children shared stories, explored the pictures, talked about what they could see, and engaged with print in meaningful ways. These quiet moments not only foster a love of reading but also support early language, literacy, imagination, and communication skills.

We love creating cosy spaces where children can slow down, connect with books, and let their imaginations come to life. 🌟📖

The Tooth Fairy is coming to visit us this Wednesday — and she’s bringing her friendly dentist with her!!! 🧚‍♀️🦷
