We are here to help people to learn, empower, heal and thrive via expanding understanding about minerals, whole foods and stress, so each individual can find balance and flow in their body. I am here to share my knowledge and experience around healthy eating, whole foods (often via a Thermomix), understanding how minerals and vitamins run our body and how each individual can be empowered to take c

ontrol of their health. I share information about how what you eat, impacts on your body, mind and spirit – making the science less daunting, bringing it to everyone and having some fun along the way too. I love helping others, I have done it for a long time before finding myself in this field – now I get to bring my many years of science knowledge together with my training and education, business and family-related skills, into a place for helping many at once, not just a few. I love seeing the ripple effect of my education and support on others – I have seen lives transform after clients have their minerals tested and then realise that they aren’t “broken” and that they have hope for a brighter, happier, HEALTHIER future, that nobody else has been able to help them find. Now I am seeing testimonials come through with people functioning better than ever before, to dropping symptoms they have had for years – all because they have learned about their own body and biology!

If you’ve ever looked at your blood test results and thought:

“I have no idea what any of this means...”

you’re not alone.

Many people are told their ferritin is normal, low, or improving...

but they’re never shown the bigger picture.

Your energy isn’t determined by one marker.

Minerals.
Stress.
Nervous system health.
Iron recycling.
Nutrient availability.

These all influence how you feel day to day.

This is why so many women continue to experience fatigue, dizziness, brain fog, poor sleep, and low energy even when they’re trying to do everything right.

Understanding your body starts with understanding the full picture.

Not just one number.

So many clients tell me they thought these things were just part of who they were.

“I thought I was just tired.”
“I thought I wasn’t coping very well.”
“I thought everyone felt like this.”

When low iron or low ferritin is affecting the body, symptoms can show up in ways people don’t always connect together.

Fatigue.
Brain fog.
Poor sleep.
Feeling cold.
Low motivation.
Struggling to exercise.

Feeling like you’re just getting through the day.

These symptoms aren’t always “just stress” or “just getting older.”

They’re your body’s way of telling you it needs support.

This is why I don’t just look at one blood test.
I look at the bigger picture: your symptoms, mineral balance, nervous system, and health history, to understand why you’re feeling the way you are.

How many times have you been told...

“It’s probably just stress.”

Stress absolutely affects the body and is VERY important to pay attention to.

But it’s only one piece of a much bigger picture.

These symptoms are connected to more than just stress itself - they’re connected to nutrient imbalances in your body.

They’re clues that deserve to be explored - not simply dismissed.

That’s why I don’t just look at one symptom or one blood test.

I look at your health history, wider nutrient and mineral balance including blood work, nervous system and symptoms together to understand why you’re feeling the way you are.

If you live with low iron or low ferritin, there’s a good chance you’ve experienced at least a few of these.

Many people assume they’re just tired, stressed, or “not coping very well.”

But symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, poor sleep, feeling cold, low motivation, or struggling to keep up with everyday life aren’t always random.

They’re clues.

And while low ferritin can absolutely play a role, it’s also important to ask why your body is struggling in the first place.

That’s why I look beyond one blood test and work to understand the bigger picture—your symptoms, mineral balance, nervous system, and health history.

Pregnancy can make you tired.

But when does “normal pregnancy fatigue” deserve a closer look?

The tricky part is that many symptoms of low iron can look a lot like symptoms women are told to simply expect during pregnancy.

Fatigue. Dizziness. Feeling breathless. Headaches. A racing heart. Restless legs.

And while we often hear that pregnancy means you simply need a lot more iron, iron isn’t working alone.

Nutrients like copper, retinol (vitamin A), magnesium and potassium also play important roles in supporting how your body handles and uses iron.

So the answer isn’t always just more iron.

If you’re experiencing symptoms that feel intense, persistent, or simply don’t feel right, it’s worth speaking with your healthcare provider and having your minerals properly assessed rather than assuming it’s “just pregnancy” or that taking iron will solve it.

Chances are there are other nutrients you could eat instead to help!

You deserve to understand what your body is telling you, not simply push through symptoms because they’re considered normal during pregnancy. 💛

Most people think low iron is like having an empty fuel tank.

So the obvious answer is...

Add more fuel!

But that’s not always how the body works.

Imagine your body is a factory.

Iron is one of the raw materials.

But even if you deliver more iron to the factory, nothing gets made if:
• the workers aren’t there (B vitamins)
• the forklifts aren’t moving materials (copper)
• the manager isn’t coordinating everything (retinol / vitamin A)
• the deliveries aren’t arriving properly (digestion)
• or the factory is constantly in emergency mode (your nervous system).

The problem isn’t always that you don’t have enough iron.

Sometimes it’s that your body can’t use what it’s already receiving.

That’s why I always ask:
Where in the process is the breakdown happening?

Because once we understand that, we can support the part of the process that’s struggling, instead of simply adding more iron and hoping for the best.

💛 Comment “LOW IRON” and I’ll send you my free Low Iron Guide, where I explain why iron is only one piece of the puzzle and what else your body may need to use it effectively.

Many people are told that if their ferritin is low, the answer is simple:

“Take more iron.”

But here’s what I wish more people knew...

Your body doesn’t just need iron.

It needs to be able to absorb it, recycle it, transport it, store it, and ultimately use it to produce healthy red blood cells and deliver oxygen where it’s needed.

That process relies on much more than iron alone.

I often look at things like:

✨ Copper
✨ Retinol (Vitamin A)
✨ B vitamins
✨ Magnesium and other minerals
✨ Digestion and bile flow
✨ Inflammation
✨ Your nervous system
✨ Why your ferritin became low in the first place

For example, if you’re losing iron faster than you’re replacing it, struggling to absorb nutrients well, or your body doesn’t have the nutrients needed to recycle and use iron effectively, simply taking more iron may not solve the underlying issue.

This is why I don’t look at ferritin in isolation.

I look at your symptoms, your blood work, your mineral balance, your health history, and how all of these pieces fit together.

Because the goal isn’t simply to increase a ferritin number.

It’s to help you wake up feeling rested, think clearly again, have more energy, reduce symptoms, and understand what your body has been trying to tell you all along.

We’ve become so used to expecting quick results that when healing takes time, we assume something isn’t working.

The truth is, your body doesn’t forget years of stress overnight.

Healing isn’t about finding one magic supplement or following the “perfect” routine.

It’s about consistently giving your body what it needs:
✨ Nourishment
✨ Rest
✨ Mineral support
✨ Nervous system regulation
✨ Time

Small changes, repeated consistently, often create the biggest transformation.

Be patient with your body.
It’s been protecting you for a long time.

The internet loves to give you one reason for low ferritin.

“It’s your hormones.”

“It’s your gut.”

“It’s your stress.”

“It’s your copper.”

The truth is, your body is rarely that simple.

Low ferritin can be influenced by many factors, which is why I don’t focus on just one lab result or one nutrient. I look at your mineral balance, nervous system, metabolism, hormones, digestion, and your unique health history to understand why your ferritin is low in the first place.

Because the goal isn’t just to increase a number on your blood test.

It’s to help you feel like yourself again. 💛
