We’re so excited to have the wonderful Katrina Blowers joining us as MC for this year’s Big Dreams Gala Ball!

Katrina has been a proud ambassador for The Pyjama Foundation for many years, and we’ve been lucky enough to work closely with her across a lot of very special moments.

We are looking for young people aged 16-30 years, who have or have had a Pyjama Angel, to participate in a Youth Advisory Body Workshop at QUT Gardens Point this Saturday.

🕑 TIME: THIS Saturday 10 October at 10am – 4pm.

Young people are the experts in their own lives, and your voice has the power to shape real change. We have 5 x spots available to join this one-day workshop where you'll help design The Pyjama Foundation's new Youth Advisory Body. This will be a group who share ideas, provide feedback, and help influence decisions that affect young people and the services they receive.

You can contribute through discussion, brainstorming, drawing, problem-solving, or working with others in a group. No special knowledge or experience is required. We simply want to hear your ideas, learn from your experiences, and work together to create something meaningful.

📚🦝 A huge thank you to Jesse and the team behind for your generous donation of copies of Raymond the Raccoon Moves His Body!

This wonderful story is a fun and engaging way for children to explore the importance of movement, health and wellbeing. Through Raymond’s journey, children can discover new ideas, start meaningful conversations with their Pyjama Angel and learn about looking after themselves in a fun way.

We’re so grateful for your support and for helping bring these valuable resources to more young people.

Meet our 2026 NSW Pyjama Angel of the Year, Jordan! 🩵

Since 2018, Jordan has shared a meaningful relationship with a young person who is now 16, spending time together reading, playing games, being creative and talking about the things he loves, from dance and creative arts to school, friendships and his future.

When asked to describe Jordan, his young person said:
💬 “Jordan is kind of like a big brother. He listens to me, asks me questions, encourages me and makes me laugh.”

He also described Jordan as “kind, funny, full of energy,” and said he always looks forward to spending time together.

Congratulations, Jordan, and thank you for being such a wonderful Pyjama Angel! ✨

And a huge thank you to all our Pyjama Angels across NSW for the care, encouragement and consistency you bring to young people every week💙

Thank you also to Kate Washington MP for hosting this special celebration and helping us recognise the incredible contribution of our Pyjama Angels.
