I popped in to Bulimba State School this morning to say a personal thank you to Rosa, Annette and Pete.

But really - a huge thank you to all school cleaners across the state.

They are the people that, if they weren’t there, you would REALLY NOTICE.

Week 9!

World Cup dreams are alive at Bulimba State School!

We are incredibly proud to celebrate Lola, Francesca and Harrison on their selection in the Metropolitan East 12 Years Football Teams!

These three talented students have earned the opportunity to represent Metropolitan East at the State Championships in Term 3.

From the school oval to the big stage, they have shown the skill, courage and sportsmanship that make our community so proud. We can’t wait to cheer them on as they take on the best from across Queensland.

The road to greatness starts with opportunities like these… and who knows, maybe we are watching future Matildas and Socceroos in action already!

Week 8!

Today marks Festa della Repubblica, the official Italian Day celebration!

Last week, Bulimba State School proudly celebrated Italian Day with a wonderful day of learning, culture and fun. Our Languages program is something we are incredibly proud of, with students not only learning the Italian language, but also developing an appreciation for cultural diversity and global perspectives.

A huge thank you to Ciao Bell and Maestra for the amazing work they do bringing language and culture to life for our students each week.

Grazie mille for helping make learning so engaging and meaningful for our school community!
