A Detention Youth Worker draws on their life experience and passion for helping young people to effectively manage, care for and deliver services and programs to young people in detention. They supervise and help young people to work to a daily structure, achieve key goals, develop life skills, engage in constructive activities and make positive life choices. Join the Griffith community for a seminar on the upcoming Voice Referendum: Recognising Indigenous Australians in our Constitution: Why the Voice is a safe constitutional choice.
Following an opening address from Vice Chancellor Professor Carolyn Evans, Mr Julian Leeser MP (Member for Berowra, NSW), will take you on an exploration of Australia's Constitution and the legal implications for a Voice.

Final-year students are invited to attend the Virtual Careers Fair.
The Virtual Careers Fair connects recent graduates and final-year students with employers in the Australian Government.

Recent Criminology Graduate Casey Cale did her Masters degree completely online and graduation was the first time she met her supervisor A/Prof Molly Dragiewicz in person.
Casey completed an industry-led thesis project while working full-time for a DV service at home during COVID lockdown in rural Victoria. In addition to this amazing achievement, Casey also had a baby 6 months ago!
What a remarkable journey, we look forward to hearing where your degree takes you!
