Support with Payments for School Events and Excursions
We understand that circumstances can vary for families. If you’re experiencing financial difficulties, we’re here to support you. Please don’t hesitate to contact the school as early as possible to discuss a payment plan or alternative arrangements.
Families with approved payment plans in place will follow their agreed schedule, rather than the general due date.
Your child’s participation in school activities is important, and we are committed to helping every student have access to the wonderful experiences that school events and excursions provide.

Remember to Provide Consent – Even if Your Child Isn’t Attending
For every school event or excursion, it’s important that families provide consent by the due date. This applies even if your child is not attending. Here’s why:
1️⃣ Timely consent helps us plan for participation numbers.
2️⃣ It ensures invoices are issued correctly, or not at all if your child is not attending.
3️⃣ It avoids unnecessary follow-ups after deadlines.
We want to minimise disruption and make sure everything runs smoothly for students and families. Consent is quick and easy to complete through QParents.
Thank you for helping us stay organised and ensuring every student is accounted for.

Important Update - Event and Excursion Consent and Payments
To support the smooth organisation of school events and excursions, we will be strictly enforcing consent and payment due dates for payments from Term 3 onwards.
Meeting these deadlines ensures we can:
- Confirm bookings, transport, and activity providers on time.
- Comply with Departmental policies and procedures.
- Minimise additional administrative work for office staff.
We greatly appreciate your cooperation as we work together to plan and deliver exciting opportunities for all students.
Stay tuned for more information about consent and payment options. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
