As part of our ongoing commitment to strengthening our child-safe culture, our Nominated Supervisor has spent the past two days attending the Reportable Conduct Scheme & Investigations Workshop delivered by Element Becroft.

This specialised professional development provides valuable knowledge and practical skills to ensure our leadership team remains up to date with current legislation, best practice, and robust processes for responding to concerns and protecting children.

We believe that investing in our people is one of the most important investments we can make. By continually building the knowledge and capability of our educators and leaders, we strengthen the culture of safety within our service and ensure we are providing the highest standard of care for every child and family.

Today we are celebrating a very special milestone Miss Casey's 1st Anniversary with the Little Angels Salisbury family! 🎉
Over the past year, Casey has grown into an incredible educator who makes a positive difference in the lives of the children and families she supports every day. Her calm, gentle and caring nature creates a sense of security for our children, who are naturally drawn to her warmth and kindness.
Casey brings such a beautiful energy to our centre. She is always happy to lend a helping hand wherever it's needed, supports her teammates with a smile, and continually looks for opportunities to learn, reflect and strengthen her practice. Her commitment to growing as an educator is something we truly admire.

Today we had the absolute pleasure of celebrating one of our very special educators, Miss Marie! 🥳🎂💐

Miss Marie is one of those beautiful people who quietly makes a difference every single day. Her kind, gentle and caring nature shines through in everything she does. She is always one of the first to put her hand up to help a colleague, support a family, or lend a listening ear, and she does it all with a smile.

The children absolutely adore Miss Marie. Whether she's running races, kicking a ball, joining in active games or simply sharing a cuddle and a story, she brings so much joy, encouragement and warmth to every child's day. 💙⚽🏃‍♀️

💜🧸 Pyjama Party Fun at Little Angels Salisbury! 🧸💜

What a wonderful day we had celebrating Pyjama Day 💜

Our educators and children swapped their everyday clothes for their favourite comfy PJs and spent the day enjoying laughter, friendship and plenty of fun together.

From kicking balls and dancing, to cuddling our favourite soft toys, sharing stories, imaginative play and joining in lots of exciting learning experiences, there were smiles everywhere you looked! 💤✨

A very special thank you to our amazing Chef, who treated everyone to delicious homemade pizzas for lunch. 🍕 They were a huge hit with both children and educators!

Days like these remind us that some of the best childhood memories are made through simple moments of connection, play and joy. Thank you to all of our wonderful families for helping the children join in the fun by coming dressed in their favourite pyjamas. 💜

Last week we celebrated a very special milestone as Miss Renee marks 3 years with the Little Angels Salisbury family!

As one of our very first educators, Renee has been part of our journey since the day we opened our doors. Over the past three years, her kindness, dedication, loyalty and willingness to always lend a helping hand have made her an invaluable member of our team.

Affectionately known around the centre as our very own "handy girl," Renee is always ready to jump in whether it's assembling flat-pack furniture, picking up the drill to fix something around the service, supporting a colleague, or stepping in to cover a shift when needed.

Renee has also grown tremendously both personally and professionally, continually building her skills and embracing opportunities to learn alongside her colleagues.

Most importantly, Renee has built beautiful, meaningful relationships with our children and families. Whether she's creating giant sandcastles in the sandpit or sharing special moments throughout the day, her caring nature and warm smile make every child feel valued and loved.
