What an absolute honour to stand with these people and witness their passion for effective PBS implementation.

On Friday I had the pleasure of supporting the first (and hopefully not the last), Specialist Behaviour and Complex Behaviour Community of Practice PBS Implementation Seminar. So many learnings from the day have already been cemented into my ongoing work and supervisions, ready to tackle 2026 with a key focus on making sure the plans we write are accessible and usable by and for the people who need them most.

From building capable environments to transforming our practice with cultural reflexivity to making data meaningful and ensuring connection and trust with the teams we support, there is so much more we can be doing to ensure our plans are successful and achievable.

Here's to making the micro changes that make the biggest impact!

What an honour to support Beyond Restrictions Pty Ltd at the Queensland Mental Health Awards.

Beyond Restrictions was a finalist for the Community Wellbeing Workplace Award for their amazing contributions as a neuro-affirming organisation supporting people with disability and mental health challenges. Its advocacy, education and person-centred care promote dignity and inclusion. I am privileged to call these women, Kay Leigh and Laura Arnold, my colleagues in the field of Behaviour Support.

I am deeply humbled and grateful to have been selected for the Emerging Leaders Program with ACRRE and the Disability Council.

I eagerly anticipate engaging with the tailored sessions on offer and networking with esteemed leaders in the PBS field to explore how this opportunity will enhance my support of my participants, families and supervisees.
