It’s been almost six years since I last posted here - and so much has unfolded in that time. Life, work, and growth have a way of reshaping us quietly over time, and that’s certainly been true for me.
Over these years, I’ve moved through my own deepening: more somatics, parts work, presence and embodiment. More willingness to follow the work where it wanted to go.
What began as Mindfulness Coaching has now become the Depth-Oriented Coaching™ Institute - the home for the kind of coaching that meets what’s beneath the surface and creates real, embodied transformation.
If you’ve been here since the Mindfulness Coaching days, I look forward to reconnecting.
If you’re just arriving, welcome - I’m grateful you’re here.
