Breaking seminar this Saturday!
There is a Breaking Seminar on this Saturday. All ranks and ages are welcome to attend. Students under 13 will be using different breaking materials.
Students are more than welcome to bring and wear shoes for breaks, so that they can do multiple foot breaks throughout the day without soreness.
Black Belts testing for Dan ranks at the end of the year are highly encouraged to attend!
