Learning brought to life, frame by frame, brick by brick π·ββοΈποΈπ
A class of Lutheran Ormeau Rivers District School (LORDS) STEM students recently had the exciting opportunity to visit the construction site of the new Multi-Purpose Centre on campus. Equipped with hard hats and high-vis vests, students explored the site, learned about the building process and discovered the many careers involved in bringing a large-scale project to life. π·ββοΈπ
From engineering and design to construction and problem-solving, the visit gave students a real-world look at STEM in action and inspired these future builders, engineers, and innovators to think about all the possibilities waiting for them in their future. π
