Meet the team behind the care 💛

Every child’s learning story is shaped by the educators who know them, support them and celebrate their little milestones every day.

Meet Milena, our Nursery Lead Educator. Milena is diploma-qualified, with over 10 years of experience in early childhood education. She is also trained in the RIE approach, which focuses on trusting each child’s natural development, encouraging independent play and supporting open, respectful communication.

And meet Tess, our Toddler Lead Educator. Tess is diploma-qualified, with over 7 years of experience in the sector. She brings warmth, care and a love for gardening and sustainable practices into her everyday learning experiences with children.

Together, Milena and Tess help create a safe, nurturing and meaningful environment where children feel supported to learn, explore and grow.
