🎨 READY TO PAINT WITH MORE FREEDOM?

We’re thrilled to welcome back Sydney-based artist Peter Griffen for another inspiring weekend at Bienarte.
Peter’s paintings sit at the exciting intersection of abstraction, landscape and lived experience. His expressive use of colour, energetic mark-making and intuitive approach create work that feels both spontaneous and deeply considered.
But Peter’s workshops are about so much more than creating a painting. They’re an opportunity to loosen up, trust your instincts and discover what can happen when you let go of the need to get everything “right”.
Through demonstrations, experimentation and plenty of hands-on painting, Peter encourages artists to take risks, explore materials and develop a more confident and personal approach to abstraction.
Whether you’re experienced with abstract painting or simply looking to shake things up, this is a weekend to experiment, play and reconnect with the joy of painting.
