Happy New Year and a new start for me. Exciting News, I will be joining the team .brisbane starting in February. Monday and Wednesday 1pm to 7pm at Gabba and Tuesday 8am to 1pm at Bowen Hills. Come see me at the new clinics, just message me as usual for a booking.

Lots of runners have missed out on events since Covid. I am seeing the results of a bit of mental and physical fatigue, remember rest isn’t bad for you.
