How do we improve our fine motor skills while having fun? By threading rainbows of course🌈 We threaded fruit loops onto sticks to make rainbows in the play dough clouds with planes. We also snuck in some sneaky taste testing🧡💛💜💙💚

Our new area for creative expression is proving to be very popular! The children enjoy designing their masterpieces and then displaying them on our self accessible frame⭐️🌟

So many learning opportunities come from making our own play dough! Measuring improves our numeracy skills, mixing and kneading strengthens our gross and fine motor skills, drawing in the flour stimulates our senses and playing with the end product provides endless opportunities for fun⭐️⭐️

A freshen up for our learning spaces for 2022💛

Rescuing flies from a sticky spiders web, exploring frozen hands and melting them to save the trapped spiders, painting and threading spiders webs and bats, goop play with floating spiders and of course Treats to finish our day! Happy Halloween 👻 🎃 🕷 🦇

What’s better on a hot spring day than enjoying a delicious strawberry smoothie ice block🍓🍓 Cutting the strawberries, scooping the yogurt, squeezing the honey, blending the mixture, filling the moulds, freezing them and the best part..tasting them! They were delicious 🍓🍓🍓
