That's a wrap on Semester 1ππ©Ά
Interhouse Track and Field brought Term 2 to a spirited close, with house pride and healthy competition on show.
At the halfway mark of the year, Headmaster Dr Campbell reminds students to take time to reflect, rest and reset for a strong Semester 2.
The break ahead brings new opportunities for our students, with international service tours, academic and rugby camps that extend learning beyond the classroom and home fields.
Wishing all families a safe and restorative holiday, we look forward to welcoming everyone back after the well-deserved breakπ

Wheels out, helmets on and a whole lot of laps to go π΄
Our Year 2 to 4 boys hit the Prep School basketball courts on their scooters and RipStiks, all in the name of a good cause.
Every rider chipped in to support our Prep School charities, and the lunchtime energy was hard to beat.
Thank you to all the families who allowed their son to participate ππ©Ά

Congratulations to two of our young string players, Marcus and Ryan, on their success at the Redlands and Ipswich Eisteddfods πΆ
Marcus enjoyed a standout few weeks. At Ipswich he was named Junior Performer of the Year for the most outstanding overall performance across all junior sections, and received the Junior Instrumental Bursary for his talent. He also took first place in the Instrumental Solo and a host of second-place finishes across both eisteddfods.
Ryan was awarded second place in the String Solo (Grade 1) at the Redlands Eisteddfod, a wonderful reward for his hard work and enthusiasm.
Well done, boys π

Over 100 young Vikings taking to the field every Monday afternoon ππ
Junior Vikings is where our Reception to Year 4 boys get their first taste of rugby, learning the foundational skills of the game through fun, small-sided activities that give everyone a touch of the ball and plenty of room to have a go.
It is one of many programmes in our new Foundational Sport and Activities Development Program. Every activity is carefully chosen to build the movement, physical and thinking skills that grow a boy's sporting potential.
Starting early builds so much more than athletic ability. It builds friendships, resilience and a genuine love of being active, all in a supportive and familiar environment π
