Our Melbourne students enjoyed a wonderful June Walk Excursion, taking in the sights, discovering hidden gems around the city, and enjoying the fresh winter air together. ❄️🏙️
Did you know? 🤔 Melbourne is famous for its walkable city centre, with beautiful laneways, parks, street art, and historic buildings all within easy walking distance.
Excursions like these are a great way to practise English, stay active, make new friends, and experience Melbourne beyond the classroom. 💙

⚠️ Important Announcement: Brisbane & Surfers Paradise Campus Closure ⚠️
Dear Students & Staff,
We hope you are safe and well. Due to Cyclone Alfred and the risk of heavy rain and flooding, our Brisbane and Surfers Paradise campuses will be closed from Wednesday, 5th March to Friday, 7th March 2025 until further notice. We plan to reopen on Monday, 10th March, unless advised otherwise.

🌊✨ Pre-Intermediate & Elementary Classes Excursion to Sandgate Beach! ✨🌊
Our students had an amazing day exploring Sandgate Beach with our wonderful teachers, Annette and Silvina! 🏖️☀️ From walking along the coast to capturing memories at the iconic Lovers’ Walk sign, it was a fun-filled experience for everyone. 📸🌊
Some students visited the beach for the first time in Brisbane, enjoyed the fresh sea breeze, and even met a cute four-legged friend! 🐶💕 While some couldn’t try the famous fish and chips this time, they’re already planning their next visit! 🍽️🐟

Some comments from our students:
Pre Intermediate Students:
I went to the beach on an excursion to Sandgate.
I haven’t been to the beach before in Brisbane so I was very happy today.
It was very windy and I tried not to let my cap fly off.
It was enjoyable walking around with my friends.
I’ve heard about some of Annette’s favourite places, so I want to go there again.
We went to Sandgate today. We got off a train at Shorncliffe and walked back to Sandgate station. We took photographs at the beach and in front of the Lovers’ walk sign. I was tired with walking but it was a good experience for me. I couldn’t have Fish and chips so I will come again to do.

Elementary Students:

We went to Shorncliffe. We walked a lot on the beach. Then I met the teacher 's husband and the dog. The dog was so cute. I couldn't eat lunch, so I'd like to come and eat fish and chips next time.
