"Three Little Birds" is a joyful reggae song by Bob Marley and the Wailers. Released on the 1977 album Exodus and as a single in 1980, it remains a timeless global anthem of hope, comfort, and positivity featuring the famous refrain "every little thing is gonna be alright".

Soccer Ball…..
Bob Marley had a lifelong, intense passion for soccer (football), famously stating, "Football is freedom." He played daily during tours, required journalists to play a match before interviewing him, and was even buried with a soccer ball alongside his guitar.

Sore Toe…..
In 1977, Bob Marley found a dark spot under his right big toe after playing soccer. Doctors first thought it was a sports injury, but a biopsy revealed acral lentiginous melanoma, a rare skin cancer. He refused amputation due to his Rastafarian beliefs and career, leading the cancer to spread fatally by 1981.

Bob Marley (1945–1981) was a Jamaican singer, songwriter, and musician who became the ultimate global face and pioneer of reggae music. Growing up in the poverty-stricken Kingston neighbourhood of Trenchtown, he evolved from early ska and rocksteady groups into the driving force of The Wailers, taking Caribbean rhythms and turning them into a worldwide voice for the oppressed.

Marley's primary musical contribution was transforming reggae from a localized Jamaican street sound into an international medium for social justice, spiritual awakening, and political resistance. Infusing his hypnotic bass-heavy grooves and off-beat rhythms with deep Rastafarian spirituality, he wrote anthems like "One Love," "Get Up, Stand Up," and "Redemption Song" that addressed systemic inequality, freedom, and human dignity. His unique vocal delivery combined raw emotional conviction with a conversational calm that allowed heavy messages to resonate deeply across diverse cultures.

Beyond his recorded albums, like the landmark Exodus, Marley used his art as a direct tool for peace and diplomacy, famously uniting rival political leaders during the 1978 One Love Peace Concert in Jamaica. His enduring legacy redefined popular music by proving that a distinct regional genre could carry a universal philosophy of unity, leaving an imprint on global culture that still inspires generations of listeners and artists.

Equally iconic is GOOD RIDDANCE (TIME OF YOUR LIFE), an acoustic ballad now synonymous with milestone events—weddings, graduations, farewells, memorials, and end of year ceremonies. Over four decades, Green Day has become one of the most successful and influential bands in modern music. The Stranglers are an English rock band formed in Guildford, Surrey, in 1974, emerging from the pub rock scene before becoming associated with the rising punk movement of the mid 1970s.
