This month, I've ridden 135.8km in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer...

And my challenge ENDS TODAY!

It has been fun and it's been tough at times. My discomfort is nothing, it's nothing, compared to what these brave kids face as they battle this terrible disease.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

Please sponsor my challenge on the final day and help me finish strong to end childhood cancer and save little lives. THANK YOU!

How strong is your email account security?
A strong password and 2 factor authorisation seems to be working well for me and well worth the effort to setup.
I've just been checking login attempts on one of my email accounts. I recognise all my logins but was surprised to see the number of unsuccessful attempts.
There were 53 hacking attempts since 2nd September from a wide range of countries - 27 of them.

Argentina, Australia, Azerbaijan, Brazil (14),
Colombia (2), Egypt, Greece, Hungary,
Kazakhstan (3), Mexico, Moldova,
Morocco, Pakistan, Philippines (4),
Russia (6), Saudi Arabia, Serbia,
South Africa, Sri Lanka, Thailand,
Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine (2),
United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom,
United States (3), Vietnam.

Fear of Flying getting to you?
There I am, about 65 years ago, in the passenger seat of a little Cessna being flown by a former WWII fighter pilot and crop duster - let's call him Jack (because I'm not sure I can use his real name).
Suddenly we were on our side - NO WARNING - just a steep turn, yep really steep with the wings pointing to the earth on my side and to the sky on Jack's. What did I do - I did my best to stay in an upright position and probably screamed.
Jack was laughing hysterically at my reaction - unlike me he sure didn't mind being 90 degrees from vertical.
Anyway, Jack pushed me over towards the door and my face was pressed against the window looking straight down to the earth 1000 or so feet below.
Well I didn't soil my pants and was, to my amazement, overcome with a sense of joy and wonderment and how fantastic the earth looked from so high up and how exciting the forces on my body from the turn were.
Flying since then has been a pleasure for me, mostly - I still don't like bad turbulence but I don't get into panic mode like some people I know and have seen.
These days I look forward to getting up in the air in those magnificently engineered machines.
If you're someone who doesn't share my joy then have a look at my post on managing your Fear of Flying. Better still book in for a hypnosis session with me to help you tame those emotions.
No need to be beaten by it and I can help you overcome it.
