HAPPY BIRTHDAY LITTLE POTATO!! ππ
It has been one year since my book was released into the world, and to celebrate this Birthday milestone, there is a little promotion happening over on the online bookstores...Up to 50% off the listed eBook price at selected online retailers, until 16 February 2024.
I have shared my story of treatment resistive depression, hospitalizations, & recovery, to encourage others to keep going, keep healing, and to know that regaining a full life is possible, (and you discover what the title actually means). And thereβs a little bit of Yoga in there too.

After nearly five years, my memoir is finally released to the world.
Some people know parts of my story, and others know nothing about me, yet my goal is the same - to give hope to those who are experiencing a mental health condition or supporting a loved one going through a difficult time.
From the depths of a mental illness deemed untreatable, you will read a story of pain, trauma, setbacks and hospitalizations. Yet there is humour, insights from a Nurse who then becomes a patient, and the slow journey of recovery.
My wish is for this memoir to break the shackles of stigma that surrounds a mental health condition. There are far too many people suffering in silence, who feel ashamed, hopeless and judged. By writing of my experiences, may they know there is a way through.
Perhaps my story will give insight to the caregivers, friends and acquaintances, on how they can act as a support and advocate to those around them.
Available now in eBook or paperback, follow link below to your preferred online bookstore.
And youβll find out what the title actually means!
Kim xx
Psβ¦.please spread the word.

The countdown is on!
Excited and nervous, but with almost five years of work, pleased it is finally here.
An early review:
"I pray that the people who 'need' to read this will have it cross their path and be immensely impacted by the hope it will give them."

We use a magnitude of props in our sessions.
From blocks, straps, pillows, bands, walls, chairs and even a hair tie has been used.
They allow for an exploration and a curiosity with every shape we make. They raise the floor, add depth, create resistance, create access.
They add another layer.
Yoga asks us to focus inwards, and go deeper. To gain awareness, acceptance and a greater understanding of who we are.
